Billy's Cafe in Blair

As we traveled through the area one morning on Route 30, we were looking for a diner for breakfast. I happened to see Billy's Cafe out of the corner of my eye and drove around the block to see what I saw. Sure enough, a diner and plenty of parking for our SUV and small trailer across the street. In we went and were greeted right away. The menu looked great and our food was delicious. The waitress was very attentive and helpful. It was so good, we intentionally drove through Blair a month later, just to have breakfast again at Billy's. Route 30 is a good road and a great way around the Omaha area. I recommend Billy's for breakfast. Great value, great food.

Service was amazing! Waitress had the most welcoming smile and the food was great too! Chicken fried steak with real mashed potatoes! Prices very reasonable.

Killer good food! Basic "Americana" fare. Great service. Felt at home. We only dine there once or twice a year but never disappointed.

The food and service were very good. We had western burrito, biscuits and gravy, sausage, pancakes, French toast, and hash browns. Everyone cleaned their plates. Waitress was running her butt off and yet very pleasant and attentive.

Service was EXCELLENT! Food was EXCELLENT! So glad we stumbled upon this place! Definitely a hidden gem in Blair, NE! 5 stars all the way

Great little greasy spoon! Nothing fancy, other than a good meal with good service at this great little cafe on the main drag in Blair. Great place!

Hidden gem on our way thru town because of a detour. Awesome omelets and hash browns. Try the gourmet browns!

We have driven by frequently and finally stopped. We were not disappointed! Great food, reasonably priced and the service was great! It is cash/local checks only.
